Spa Policies


  • In the event you should need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please grant us a 24 hour notice.  We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.
  • For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.  Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening it’s effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
  • To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care concerns, and medical conditions. Please note: the use of prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants can be a contraindication to receiving some spa treatments.


  • We accept cash, checks, and Visa & MasterCard. At the time of booking, a credit card may be required to secure your appointment; payment will not be processed until check out. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Skincare returns or exchanges are accepted if you experience an adverse reaction to a particular product and when accompanied by a receipt. All jewelry and cosmetics sales are final.
  • Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered in the spa; they are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gratuities are never expected, but greatly appreciated.

Gift Certificates

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 7 years from date of purchase.
  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.
  • Gift Cards can be used toward Services and Merchandise only and not for gratuities.

On Your Visit

  • Personal belongings are the full responsibility of the spa guest.
  • To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by an adult.
  • As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you adjust your cell phone ringer to vibrate or silent as to not disturb our other clients who are enjoying their relaxing visit at the spa.
